Our Build Rescue service offers a fresh start.

With our experienced team we can step in if a builder left you in the lurch and offer impartial advice as well as complete the build for you.

We offer our full step in Build Rescue service within our build catchment covering Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Mayfield, Bromley, Oxsted, Caterham, Crowborough, Blackheath, Greenwich, Westerham, Ticehurst and surrounding villages.

For areas outside of our main build catchment, please contact us and we may still be able to help.

As part of our full construction build and renovation package we offer free moodboards and 3D sketches of your project to bring your vision to life.

Period features are our speciality here at Baltic Star Build.  

Given we are very fortunate to be based in such a beautiful part of Kent, with towns and villages such as Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Penshurst, Frant, Ticehurst, Crowborough and Sevenoaks are packed with period buildings.  

Over the years, we have been proud to work on many period homes projects.  This means we have the skills and experience to sensitively handle restoration, renovation and extension of your period home

Listed Buildings require additional maintenance and any renovation work needs to be carefully considered to avoid damanging your listed home.

The teams at Baltic Star Build have worked on many listed buildings and we are specialists in diagnosing and treating problems such as dry rot and Death Watch Beetle as well as experienced in extending, renovating and repairing Listed Buildings sensitively  

With our own in house joinery workshop based in Tunbridge Wells, we can offer kitchens, wardrobes and living.

All our kitchens are bespoke which means we can manufacture any size required.

If you are looking to understand what is achievable within your existing property before commissioning drawings, we can help.

We will spend up to an hour with you to run through your thoughts, our process and any questions you may have.  After this, will provide you with an overview document of what you can potentially achieve.

Fees are depending on the scale of advice you require, please contact us for a quotation.

 From our base in Tunbridge Wells, we will visit the property with you to get a feel for the existing property and understand more about what you want to achieve and your ideal budget. 

This will assist you with budgeting during the home purchase process and shed light on any difficulties or repairs your potential new home may require.  

We would not leave you with unanswered questions. Depending on the size of the property and the scope of works, site visits can last up to an hour.   At the end we will provide you with an overview of potential issues and cost implications as well as an overview regarding potential to extend
