Here at Baltic Star Design & Build, our speciality happens to be extensions to residential homes.  Whether that is a rear extension, a side extension or a loft conversion. 

Extending generally means renovation works are involved too.

We carry out anything from whole house renovations to smaller single room projects or home repairs. 

Our Managing Director, Rikke, has more than three decades of professional experience in construction, commercial development, and building surveying. 

This enables our teams to bring the expertise and structure normally seen on large-scale projects into the residential market.

We’ve delivered over 100 major builds and supported 400+ clients with everything from cost consultancy and design to bespoke joinery and minor works.
